Fluctuations in stock prices in the capital market become an interesting phenomenon for investors in their investment decision. Investors only need to invest some money and it will grow according to market prices. Aside from that, investors can resell their shares in order to obtain capital gain from the gap of purchase price and selling price. Therefore, investors must be able to choose the right companies that can be trusted to invest their money one by analyzing the company performance. This study aims to find out whether Earnings per Share (EPS) has a significant effect to the company’s stock price, to find out whether Dividend per Share (DPS) has a significant effect to the company’s stock, to find out whether Dividend per Share (DPS) can moderate the relationship of Earning per Share (EPS) to company’s stock price. This study was conducted on companies that listed on Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015 to 2017 and using secondary data and purposive sampling in choosing the companies as sample. The writer obtains 23 companies with a total of 69 observations. This study conducts classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and moderation regression analysis (MRA). All the data is processed by SPSS version 25. The result shows that Earnings per Share has a positive significant effect on Stock Price. Dividend per Share has a positive significant effect on Stock Price. And Dividend per Share (DPS) cannot moderate the relationship of Earning per Share (EPS) to Stock Prices.
