Capital market is the platform where most companies use to seek for additional funds by attracting investors to buy their issued shares on the market. The main factors that affect investors to decide the investment decision is stock price. In the research, the study of analyzing the stock price is by using a fundamental approach which usesthe published financial information to predict factors that affects the movement of the stock price. To discover the factors, financial performance is a fundamental tools to analyze them. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of financial performance on Stock Price which is analyzed by using Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Sales Growth. This research uses Property and Real Estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013 to 2017. Sampling method used was a purposive sampling method with 90 samples in total taken from 18 Property and Real Estate companies. But after the data transfromation, 31 samples were taken out and the sample become 59 in total. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods and classical assumption test.At the 0.05 level of significance and from the t test result, only EPS and Sales Growth have a partial significant impact on Stock Price. Based on the result of F test, CR, ROE, EPS and Sales Growth have a simultaneous significant impact on Stock Price. The result of the coefficient of determination indicates that the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 73.2%.
