Nowadays, many companies in Indonesia have conducted acquisition as corporate strategy in order to survive in the globalization era. Acquisitions claim to be easier and faster way which can increase net worth of the company without having to build business from zero. This signifies the stability of the company in the competitive market. This research aimed to determine whether there are differences in the Company financial performance before and after the acquisition seen from the financial performance of public companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchanges. The period used in this research was 2014 to 2016. Corporate performance is measured by using financial ratio: Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS).
