Every human being lives side by side with each other, so it must pay attention to what we do so as not to harm others. This study examines the implementation of elements in article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning Unlawful Acts in the case of Land Grabbing in the decision of the Supreme Court No. 58/PDT.G/2013/ PN.KRAY. This scientific work examines the actions carried out by the defendant in carrying out Land Grabbing by constructing permanent buildings in the form of bathrooms and stairs on land belonging to other people who are the object of the dispute. By using the normative juridical legal research method in the form of descriptive analysis, this study found that it was true that the actions committed by the defendants were against the law by fulfilling the elements in article 1365 of the Civil Code. The act against the law cannot be separated from the loss experienced by other parties, so that in the end the defendants were given a sentence by the court. Based on this research, it is suggested that fellow human beings must have ethics and awareness in their lives so as not to harm others.
