The establishment of a Limited Liability Company relies on a deed which only Public Notary could release as stated in the existing laws. The deed of establishment consists of all parties agreement which stated in the articles of association as a direction of Limited Liability Company corporate activity. Thus, the existence of Public Notary has become a necessity for the establishment of Limited Liability Company in Indonesia. Be that as it may, the deed of establishment may not contain any legal disability or the power of the deed to serve as evidence will degrade as it might be null and void. Hence, it can be denied by the involved parties or not being considered as authentic deed. The authority of Public Notary should be supervised by the ministry of Indonesia Law and Human Right and Indonesia Public Notary Organization to prevent any intentional or unintentional legal disability that might cause material loss or morality loss for the Limited Liabiliy company or the Public Notary itself.
