Background: Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) in the household is beneficial so that every individual in the family can improve well-being and not easily attacked by the disease, able to increase productivity and family members are accustomed to implementing clean and healthy lifestyles. Aim: To describe of clean and healthy behavior in household in Larier RW 08 Desa Passo. Research method: This research uses descriptive quantitative design. The sample used is purposive sampling with 124 samples. Instrument: Used a questionnaire of questions from ten indicators of PHBS. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis. Results: Research shows that household having a good PHBS are (33.9%) and the quantity of the less-good PHBS are (66.1%). Childbirth assisted by health workers (92,7%), exclusive breastfeeding (33,9%), periodically weighing infants and toddlers (87,9%), washing hands with soap and clean water (64,5%), using clean water (85,5%), using healthy latrines (97,6), eradicating mosquito larvae (32,3%), consuming fruits and vegetables (38,7%), doing physical activity every day (44,4%), and no smoking in the house (67,7%). Suggestion: For puskesmas, recommended to make plans implement PHBS practices and health education counseling programs about PHBS. For further researchers, recommended to conduct research the factors that influence PHBS and observe and interview respondent directly.
