Background: Clinical skills are defined as preventive measures for patients. The aims and benefits of clinical training are to provide the experience students need to develop students' knowledge, skills, values and attitudes. Research conducted on observing 10 Nurse Skills logbook documents on 10 students of 125 skills approved in semester 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 independently in the low category with a percentage of 2.2%. Research Objective: To find out the description of Clinical Skill Achievement per skills in Nursing Students of Universitas Pelita Harapan, 2017. The research method: This research uses a quantitative descriptive study using cross-sectional methods. The samples in this study were 33 people. The instrument used was the clinical skills Checklist Form. The data analysis technique used in univariate analysis. Data collection was carried out online from 17 April 2020-15 May 2020. Research Results: An average collection of clinical skills required by needs Supervision 13 (10,4%), minimal assistance 9 (7,2%) and Independent 13 ( 10,4%). Conclusion: The achievement of clinical skills in students at Pelita Harapan University was mostly in the category of not fulfilling. Researchers evaluate, it is hoped that through this research education can improve student development as an evaluation of the coaching process in the field.
