Company value is an investor's perception of the company which is often associated with stock prices. Every company that is established has a goal to maximize the prosperity of shareholders. The prosperity of shareholders can usually be seen from the high value of the company. There are several factors that influence company value, but researchers only examine four variables, namely investment decisions, dividend policies, interest rates and profitability. This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, dividend policy, interest rates and profitability on company value partially or simultaneously. The sample of this study is a property and real estate company listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017 with a total of 48 companies using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 16 companies. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously all the independent variables in this study have a positive and significant effect on company value. Investment decisions, dividend policies and profitability partially influence and significantly affect firm value, and interest rates partially have no effect and are not significant on firm value. The adjusted R square value of 0.854 indicates the dependent variable (Price Book Value) can be explained by the independent variable (investment decision, dividend policy, interest rate and profitability) of 85.4%
