Abstract

Dewasa ini, Pria semakin berani untuk bereksperimen dan berekspresi melalui perhiasan. Beberapa studi memperlihatkan bahwa ada peningkatan penjualan perhiasan pria di pasaran. Gelombang baru ini telah menghantam setiap sudut industri perhiasan, menginspirasi merek lama untuk mengejar pelanggan yang mengidentifikasi pria yang lebih berani. Rosalyncitta, sebagai brand perhiasan yang terus melangkah maju mengikuti arus fesyen global, menyadari bahwa inilah salah kebutuhan pelanggan yang harus dipenuhi. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan, mereka tidak bisa hanya mengandalkan pasar utama mereka. Oleh karena itu, pada studi kasus ini dilakukan pengumpulan data pada beberapa dua target market berbeda agar Rosalyncitta mampu menjangkau pasar baru yaitu generasi muda. Pengumpulan data tersebut guna memahami kebutuhan pasar dan langkah kedepannya mulai dari mengembangkan material hingga memasarkan produk yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa teknik anodisasi pada perhiasan pria menghasilkan permukaan metal yang sangat menarik melalui warnanya sehingga sangat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan penjualan perhiasan ready-to-wear dan dapat dikembangkan untuk menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif material fine jewelry. / Today, men are more daring to experiment and express themselves through jewelry. Study have shown that there has been an increase in sales for men’s jewelry in the market. This new wave has hit every corner of the jewelry industry, inspiring old brands to pursue customers who identify with a bolder man. Rosalyncitta, as a jewelry brand that continues to move forward with the flow of global fashion, realizes that this is one of the customer's needs that must be met. To increase sales, they cannot rely solely on their main market. Therefore, in this case study data collection was carried out on two different target markets so that Rosalyncitta was able to reach new markets, namely the younger generation. The data collection is used to understand market needs and future steps, from developing materials to marketing future products. The results of this study indicate that the anodization technique in men's jewelry produces a metal surface with very attractive range of colors, therefore it has the potential to increase ready-to-wear jewelry sales and can be developed to become an alternative solution for fine jewelry materials.
