For running a business in every kind of sector, employee motivation is very important to achieve one’s business goals. That is why employee motivation becomes the company’s priority, including PT. Enzo Natural Group. Some organization can build a strong foundation because they have quality employees. Hence, the objectives of this research is to prove whether Leadership influence the Employee Motivation at PT. Enzo Natural Group. PT. Enzo Natural Group has a lot of employees so that make the writer needs to take a sample in order to analyze it. The writer use census to gather the data from the customers. There are 82 respondents have been gathered during a one census. From the data analysis, the calculated level of t test is 19.0276, so it is concluded that Ha can accepted, and Ho is rejected. It means that there is positive and significant influence between leadership and employee motivation. The writer recommends that the owner of PT. Enzo Natural Group to pay attention towards the influence of leadership, to be more attentive to the ones who are talented or do their work well, and giving appreciation and awards for the employees when they do their work well.
