Abstract
Dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini, pencarian restoran via online semakin meningkat yang didorong oleh tingginya keinginan masyarakat untuk makan di restoran seiring dengan meningkatnya daya beli. Untuk dapat menyaring banyaknya informasi yang tersedia, dibuatkan fitur pemberian voting like terhadap setiap ulasan dan untuk dapat mengetahui apa yang mempengaruhi pemberian voting like tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang diyakini dapat mempengaruhi pemberian voting like.
Penelitian dikembangkan berdasarkan teori Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) dan difokuskan pada central cues (kualitas pesan), peripheral cues (kredibilitas sumber) dan efek moderasi harga dan rating extremity. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data sekunder dari aplikasi Zomato sebanyak 9,154 ulasan dari 251 restoran, kemudian diolah dengan analisa statistik deskriptif dan Zero Inflated Negative Binomial dengan menggunakan bantuan software StataIC.
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kualitas pesan dan koneksi pertemanan pengulas memberikan perngaruh positif terhadap persepsi kebergunaan/voting like, sedangkan harga akan memperlemah pengaruh pertemanan tersebut terhadap voting like. Keahlian dan faktor ekstrimitas tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap voting like /
