Abstract
Dalam rangka memenuhi harapan Organisasi untuk mendapatkan pelayanan prima dari organisasi yang merupakan perusahaan jasa pengelolaan pusat perbelanjaan, perlu diperhatikan perilaku organisasi dalam pelaksanaan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Mall Metropolis Town Square. (2) Pengaruh moderasi Person Organization Fit antara Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Mall Metropolis Town Square. (3) Pengaruh moderasi Organization Identification antara Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Mall Metropolis Town Square.
Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survey. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Mall Metropolis Town Square. Teknik pengambilan sampel dari hasil survei primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, data diolah dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3. Sampel karyawan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Mall Metropolis Town Square sebanyak 100 sampel. Alat ukur terbukti valid dan reliabel untuk instrumen penelitian. Analisis uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier.
Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka Mall Metropolis Town Square perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, seperti servant leadership style, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasional. Dengan mengetahui pengaruh hubungan tersebut dapat dijadikan masukan untuk merancang strategi guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan
