This research is concerned with the analysis on the stock price that influenced by disclosure in financial statement, accounting profit, interest rate of SBI and money supply by using multiple regression method. The sample in this research was taken from finance companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2015 to 2017. This research is a quantitative descriptive research by using secondary date in the form of financial statement. Using the purposive sampling method, out of total population of 84 companies, 15 companies were selected as sample. The main goal of this research is to find out which variable that can affect the stock price in simultaneously and partially. It can help the investors in the capital market concerned with company performance information especially for financial statement. Based on this research, showed that disclosure in financial statement, accounting profit, interest rate of SBI and money supply have significant influence in simultaneously to stock price, while in partially, accounting profit and money supply has significant influence to stock price.
