Abstract
Background: The learning system changes according to the times. Starting from traditional or conventional learning systems to online learning systems or e learning. Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 Year 2018 says that distance learning (PJJ) using e-learning that is held nationally in the learning system must obtain permission from the Director General of Learning and Students. Health education continues to develop using the e-learning methodology. Therefore, readiness is needed by e-learning users (students, lecturers, and faculties). Research Objective: to identification the readiness of e-learning learning in nursing education (lecturers, students, and faculties). Research Methods: This study uses a literature review method. The database used is Elsevier, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, ERIC, Pubmed, National Library with the keywords used are e learning readiness, nursing education, online learning, and e-learning readiness in nursing education, health education. Criteria for inclusion articles of in the last 10 years (2010-2020), Indonesian and English, full text, nursing education, e-learning readiness, papers with quantitative study, health education. Exclusion criteria are literature review, blended learning, e-learning in clinical education. Data analysis method used is a simplified approach with critical appraisal paper. Results: There were found three main themes namely the readiness and unreadiness of lecturers for e-learning, the readiness and unreadiness of students for e-learning, the readiness and unreadiness of faculty for e-learning. Conclusion: There are several aspects that affect the readiness and unreadiness of users (lecturers, students and instructors) for e-learning such as technology access, technology skilss, attitude, environment and culture, motivation, content, administration support, pedagogical inovation, experience, and human resource.
