Postoperative pain is individually significant on most postoperative patient. The research aimed to find out Numeric Rating Scale ( NRS) on the postoperative patient in siloam Lippo Cikarang ( SHLC). Numeric Rating Scale was advantageous since it was easy to understand and suitable to picture the postoperative post by using the number on the straight line. The researcher used descriptive quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The population was all of operative patients on from October to November 2017 by using purposive sampel, with inclusion age criteria of 18 to 60 years, fully conscious, cooperative and were being hospitalized. The research instrument in this research was Numeric Rating Scale ( NRS). The data were analyzed by using univariate analysis. The result showed that most of the patient suffered moderate pain (43,3%) in the first 8 hours of post operation, ( 48,8 %) patient suffered mild pain in the second 16 hours of post operation, and (75%) patient suffered mild pain in the three 24 hours of post operation. It was hoped for the future studies to identity the factor influencing Numeric Rating Scale / Nyeri paska operasi merupakan bermakna pada sebagian besar pasien. Nyeri paska operasi sangat bersifat individual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran skala nyeri Numeric Rating Scale ( NRS ) pada pasien paska operasi di Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Cikarang. Kelebihan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) ini mudah dimengerti dan cocok untuk menggambarkan nyeri paska operasi dengan menggunakan angka yang terdapat pada garis lurus.Peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif desktriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi semua pasien paska operasi yang dirawat dari bulan Oktober sampai November 2017 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi berumur 18 tahun sampai 60 tahun, sudah sadar penuh dan kooperatif dan sedang dirawat inap. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi skala Numeric Numeric Rating Scale ( NRS ). Analisa data menggunakan analisa Univariat. Menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien mengalami nyeri sedang (43,3%) saat 8 jam pertama paska operasi, 16 jam paska operasi sebagian besar (48,8%) pasien mengalami nyeri ringan, 24 jam paska operasi sebagian besar ( 75%) mengalami nyeri ringan. Penelitiaan selanjutnya diharapkan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor– faktor yang mempengaruhi skala nyeri Numeric Rating Scale ( NRS).
