Abstract

Background: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 driving change especially in the field of online education and learning is a challenge that must be faced. Blended Learning Method is the solution to the difficulty of releasing traditional learning methods and towards these changes. The purpose of this study: determine the perception of nursing students towards Blended learning learning methods. Research methods: using quantitative descriptive design. Sampling using purposive sampling and random sampling techniques with a total of 199 respondents. Data collection using online survey questionnaire consisted of 9 indicators and 21 statements. The data analysis technique used is univariate analysis. This research was conducted in March-May 2020. Results: The description of nursing students' perceptions of the application of the Blended Learning method at Pelita Harapan University showed that 94 respondents (47.2%) had positive perceptions and 105 respondents (52.8%) had negative perceptions. Recommendation: Further researchers are advised to focus more on the factors that influence perception and use a more varied sample so that the results of subsequent studies can be generalized to a broader level.
