Descriptive quantitative research design. Populai all the nurses in the fifth floor of the Hospital Siloam Bali as many as 34 nurses. Total sampling samples were 34 nurses. The questionnaire used is the property of the researcher, which is compiled by the researchers themselves based on the theory. The results of the research in the categories of predisposing factors, enabling factors, reinforcement factors, the respondents agreed that the indicators in the predisposing factors become the factors influencing the nurses in the implementation of standard operating procedures of risk fell at the Hospital Siloam Bali inpatient room on the fifth floor. Researchers then need to do research research or quasi experiment research so that it can be known more deeply in examining the factors that affect the nurses in the implementation of standard operating procedures fall risk / Perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien harus menerapkan keselamatan pasien. Rumah Sakit Siloam Bali merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang berkomitmen pada keselamatan pasien dan telah memiliki Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) penerapan patient safety risiko jatuh. Tujuan Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perawat dalam pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional risiko jatuh di Rumah Sakit Siloam Bali ruangan rawat inap lantai lima. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi seluruh perawat di ruangan rawat inap lantai lima Rumah Sakit Siloam Bali sebanyak 34 perawat. Sampel Total sampling sebanyak 34 perawat. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah milik peneliti, yang disusun oleh peneliti sendiri berdasarkan teori. Hasil Penelitian dalam kategori faktor predisposisi, faktor pemungkin, faktor penguat, responden setuju bahwa indikator dalam faktor predisposisi menjadi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perawat dalam pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional risiko jatuh di Rumah Sakit Siloam Bali ruangan rawat inap lantai lima. Saran peneliti selanjutnya perlu dilakukan penelitian action research atau quasi experiment sehinga dapat diketahui lebih mendalam dalam meneliti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perawat dalam pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional risiko jatuh.
