There have been many studies and researches concerning enterprise risk management, which is one of the reasons why the writer chose to use enterprise risk management as one of the variables. This research investigates whether the implementation of enterprise risk management system affects company’s performance at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam, a manufacturing company which is also one of the largest diversified and integrated agribusiness groups in Indonesia.Enterprise risk management is known as a holistic approach on the organization’s risk management. Company’s performance measurement enables business to define, measure and manage performance against strategic goals.This research is conducted with a quantitative research design. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and correlative research methods, with primary and secondary data sources. The data collection for this research are gained through questionnaire distribution.Every statement of questionnaire has been proven valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination is 42.4%. The result of Z-test indicates that Ha is accepted; as Zcount value (8.33) is greater than Ztable value (1.96). This research proves that there is positive relationship between enterprise risk management and company’s performance at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam.Through data analysis, the writer’s recommendations for PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Lubuk Pakam are to improve technology, enterprise risk management’s implementation, team communication and updates on risk control and handling employees. This research could also help the other manufacturing Businesses to know and gain more information about this field.
