This research was conducted at W Bali Seminyak. Where based on the survey that there was a decrease in the trainee performance which could be seen from the decrease in motivation of the trainees.The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out whether motivation influences the performance of trainees at W Bali Seminyak.To get the data needed for this study, the convenience sampling method is being carried out and the questionnaire uses a five-option Likert scale spread to trainee in W Bali Seminyak. After collecting data, using quantitative research design, the method used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test (score 0.400), test coefficient of determination (16%). The results of the t-test are obtained by tcount>ttable or 2.353> 2.045, which mean H1 is accepted, Ho is rejected. Thus, motivation influence trainees performance at W Bali Seminyak.According to the tests carried out in the study, it was revealed that motivation influence the trainees performance at W Bali Seminyak.
