PT Shammah Marmer Indonesia is now expanding and looking forward to doing production in its own country. The aim is to become an integrated marble and granite provider from all over the world. They believe that before expanding the production, a training given is important which will result in increasing employee performance. The purpose of this result is to find out and analyze the effect of training the employee performance at PT Shammah Marmer Indonesia. This research is done in quantitative approach. The population and sample in this research are the employees of PT Shammah Marmer Indonesia. The analysis method used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing with t-test.
