Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of communication to employee performance at PT Mitra Laut Bahari. The subject in this study was employees who have or are working at PT. Mitra Laut Bahari. This study involved census sampling method and resulted to 66 employees as a condition of being a respondent. Based on the analysis that have been made the result are there is positive and strong relationship between Communication and Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.623 which means that the Employee Performance can be explained by Communication in amount of 62.3% and simple linear regression analysis is Y = 5.131+0.804x means that the increasing of Communication in 1 unit can increase Employee Performance in 0.804 units. Thus, hypothesis alternative (Ha) is accepted that Communication has significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Mitra Laut Bahari.
