Supply Chain Integration (SCI) is an approach which is used to improve every division in a company. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of supply chain integration on firm performance at CV Karya Indra. The purpose of the study would reveal the relation between supply chain integration and firm performance.The determinants of Supply Chain Integration are Internal Integration, Supplier Integration, Customer Integration, and Information Integration. While, the determinants of Firm Performance are Financial Performance, Operational Performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction. The study employed a quantitative research design in order to address to the research objective. The target population was the 227 employees of CV Karya Indra. Due to the large size of employees, convenience sampling method was used to gain a small number of employees. The number of samples gathered are 39 employees of CV Karya Indra. Questionnaires were used to collect information regarding the internal integration, supplier integration, customer integration and performance of CV Karya Indra.The questionnaire distributed was all valid and reliable. Coefficient of correlation result is 0.725 which means the relationship is strong and positive while determination test result is 52.6% which means firm performance is affected by supply chain integration. Linear aggression analysis result is Y= 1.201+ 0.932x. Result of Z-test hypothesis testing showed that Supply Chain Integration has an influence towards firm performance at CV Karya Indra. The research resulted that Supply Chain Integration has a positive effect towards firm performance.
