Abstract

Latar belakang: Pembelajaran jarak jauh ditetapkan pemerintah untuk memutuskan rantai penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019. Dampak pembelajaran jarak jauh memengaruhi tingkat stres dan sikap orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar. Studi pendahuluan berupa wawancara kepada 10 orang tua didapatkan beberapa orang tua memiliki kendala mengakses jaringan saat kelas daring dan pemakaian kuota yang berlebih, orang tua juga kesulitan membagi waktu untuk bekerja dan mendampingi anak belajar daring. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres dan sikap orang tua dalam mendampingi anak di masa pembelajaran jarak jauh di Indonesia bagian Barat. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan populasi penelitian orang tua yang memiliki anak usia sekolah yang sedang menjalani pembelajaran jarak jauh di Indonesia Bagian Barat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling. sebanyak. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat stres rendah sebesar 1.6%, stres sedang sebesar 49.7% dan stres tinggi sebesar 48.7%. Sedangkan untuk sikap menunjukkan sikap positif saat mendampingi anak usia sekolah dimasa pembelajaran jarak jauh. Rekomendasi: Untuk institusi pendidikan diharapkan menjadi bahan bacaan dan acuan penelitian lebih lanjut, peneliti selanjutnya. diharapkan melakukan penelitian dengan. variabel yang berbeda dan diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengontrol tingkat stres serta sikap dalam mendampingi anak usia sekolah dimasa pembelajaran jarak jauh./ Background: Distance learning is set by the government to break the chain of spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019. The impact of distance learning affects the level of stress and attitudes of parents in accompanying children to learn. A preliminary study in the form of interviews with 10 parents found that some parents had problems accessing the network during online classes and using excessive quotas, parents also had difficulty dividing their time to work and assisting children to learn online. Aim: The purpose of this study was to describe the level of stress and attitudes of parents in accompanying children during distance learning in Western Indonesia. Method: This research uses descriptive research method, with the research population of parents who have school-age children who are undergoing distance learning in Western Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research is incidental sampling. as much. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is univariate analysis. Result: The results of this study indicate a low stress level of 1.6%, medium stress of 49.7% and high stress of 48.7%. Meanwhile, the attitude shows a positive attitude when accompanying school-age children in the distance learning period. Recommendation: For educational institutions, it is hoped that it will become reading material and reference for further research, for future researchers, expected to do research with, different variables and it is expected that the community can control the level of stress and attitudes in accompanying school-age children during distance learning.
