Abstract
Pada kenyataannya, kinerja guru di sekolah masih perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan kepala HRD Sekolah Tunas Bangsa, penulis mengetahui bahwa sekitar 30% dari guru Tunas Bangsa Greenville jenjang menengah masih belum memenuhi kriteria dalam hal kinerjanya. Beliau menekankan akan pentingnya peningkatan kinerja guru khususnya di Sekolah Tunas Bangsa Greenville jenjang menengah. Maka dari itu diperlukan penelitian mengenai kinerja guru di jenjang menengah Sekolah Kristen Tunas Bangsa Greenville. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional guru, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, dan budaya organisasi sekolah, masing-masing terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi berganda. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan survey kepada 25 orang responden yang kemudian diujikan validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil kuisioner kemudian dianalisis. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional guru, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, dan budaya organisasi sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru / In fact, the performance of teachers in school should be improved. According to the interview with the head of HRD (Human Resource Department) of Tunas Bangsa Christian School, about 30% of teachers in SMP and SMA Tunas Bangsa Greenville do not achieve the performance criterias as an effective teacher. She emphasized the importance of improvement in teachers’ performance especially in secondary level of Tunas Bangsa Christian School Greenville. Therefore, a research about teachers’ performance in Tunas Bangsa Christian School Greenville is needed. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of emotional intelligence of teachers, the transformational leadership of principal, and the organizational culture of school towards teachers’ performance. This research was done by using quantitative approachment and multiple regression method. The surveys were done to 25 respondents. Validity and reliability were also tested to the respondents, and the questionnaire was discussed and analyzed to get the results. From the results we argue that emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, and organizational culture positively affect teachers’ performance
