Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari Kementrian Kesehatan, Indonesia termasuk negara dengan jumlah perokok terbesar di dunia ketiga setelah China dan India. Berdasarkan Riskesdas (2013) persentase perokok di Lampung berada pada urutan ke-3 di Indonesia. Melihat peningkatan jumlah perokok dari tahun-ketahun yang semakin meningkat, maka penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana sikap perokok terhadap pesan bahaya merokok pada kemasan rokok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni kuesioner online yang diadaptasi dari Oktavia (2016). Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni perokok dewasa laki-laki dan perempuan dengan jumlah 50 orang serta sampel ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian pada tiga komponen sikap ini menunjukan sikap kognitif diperoleh hasil sebagian responden mempunyai sikap kognitif negatif dengan jumlah 27 (54%) responden dengan nilai rata-rata 41,78, sikap afektif diperoleh hasil sebagian besar negatif dengan jumlah 26 (52%) responden dengan nilai rata-rata 34,06 dan sikap konatif diperoleh hasil sebagian besar responden mempunyai sikap negatif dengan jumlah 26 (52%) responden dengan nilai rata-rata 26,07. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pesan bahaya merokok pada kemasan rokok dapat meningkat pengetahuan responden, namun belum mampu membuat responden merasa terganggu untuk merubah keinginannya mengurangi konsumsi rokok dan belum mampu membuat responden berhenti merokok/largest cigarette consumption in the world after China and India. Based on Riskesdas (2013), the percentage of smokers in Lampung Province ranks 3rd in Indonesia. Seeing the increasing number of smokers every year, the aim of this study was to find out how smokers' attitudes towards the warning messages on cigarette packages. The methods is a quantitative study. The instrument used was an online questionnaire that was adapted from research that has been conducted by Oktavia in 2016. The population in this study were adult male and female smokers with a total of 50 people and the sample was taken using accidental sampling technique with univariate analysis. The results of the study on the three components of this attitude showed the cognitive attitudes of respondents who had negative cognitive attitudes with a total of 27 (54%) respondents with an average value of 41.78; Affective attitudes obtained mostly negative results with a total of 26 (52%) respondents with an average value of 34.06 and conative attitudes obtained results mostly having negative attitudes with a total of 26 (52%) respondents with an average value of 26.07. The conclusion of this study is that the message of the dangers of smoking on cigarette packaging can increase respondents' knowledge, but has not been able to make respondents feel disturbed to change their desire to reduce cigarette consumption and have not been able to make respondents stop smoking.
