Abstract

Latar belakang: Teknologi dinilai dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pada era modern saat ini sehingga dunia pendidikan juga dituntut untuk menyediakan metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan teknologi dan informasi terkini. Pandemi covid-19 membuat penerapan e-learning pada dunia pendidikan meningkat. E-learning adalah metode belajar dengan konsep memanfaatkan jaringan global untuk menyampaikan materi dan menciptakan interaksi antara pengajar dan mahasiswa. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan efektivitas metode e-learning dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa keperawatan. Metodologi: Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan jumlah 328 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 198 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner efektivitas metode e-learning dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hasil: Metode e-learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa, dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,012. Rekomendasi: Disarankan agar penelitian ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan pokok bahasan yang berbeda sehingga penerapan metode e-learning ini dapat diteliti secara menyeluruh. / Background: Technology is considered to be able to meet the needs of today's modern era so that the world of education is also required to provide learning methods in accordance with the latest technology and information. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the application of e-learning to the world of education increase. E-learning is a learning method with the concept of utilizing a global network to deliver material and create interactions between teachers and students. Objective: To identify the relationship between the effectiveness of e-learning methods and nursing student learning outcomes. Methodology: Quantitative with acorrelational descriptive approach. The study population was students of the Pelita Harapan University Nursing Faculty with a total of 328 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The sample consisted of 198 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire on the effectiveness of e-learning learning and student learning outcomes. Result: E-learning method proved effective in improving student learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.012. Recommendation: It is recommended that this research be continued with different subjects so that the application of the e-learning learning method can be thoroughly researched.
