In the current competitive business situation today, supply chain management has been emerging as one of the main areas in business that can offer sources of competitive advantage. The purpose of the research is to analyze whether supply chain management practices has impacts towards organization performance at PT. Global Sukses Gemilang. Supply Chain Management Practices (SCMPs) is a set of activities undertaken in an organization to promote effective management of its supply chain. Meanwhile, organizational performance refers to how well an organization achieves its market-oriented goals as well as its financial goals.This research applied quantitative research design. The target population of PT. Global Sukses Gemilang is 42 people that also become the sample of the test through census sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect information regarding the supplier management, internal process, information and performance of PT. Global Sukses Gemilang.The result of coefficient of correlation is 0.851 which means the relationship is strong and positive while determination test result is 72.3% which means supply chain management practice variable has influenced 72.3% to the organizational performance. Linear analysis result is Y=1.607 + 0.879X.The result of hypothesis Z-Test shown that Ha is accepted means that there is an influence of supply chain management practice on organizational performance at PT. Global Sukses Gemilang.Based on the finding, the company is recommended to improve the quality of ordered items, regularly update the inventory levels, information of the supply chain management, customers’ expectation, fixing financial performance and also the punctuality in delivering the products.
