Abstract

Employee performance is very important in order to evaluate the capability of the employee in performing their daily tasks. In order to improve the employee performance, organizations should evaluate what are the factors that are affecting the employee performance, such as job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is impact of job satisfaction toward employee performance at PT Multi Global Kiat Sejahtera.Job satisfaction is a matter related to the perception of an employee to the work done that led to the results of his work. Meanwhile an employee‟s performance is individual in mature because each employee has different level of skills in performing their duties. Based on the t-test result, Tcount is higher than Ttable, this indicates that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternate hypothesis is accepted which means that there is positive impact of job satisfaction toward employee performance.Based on the research results of research of the company, the conclusion of this research is that job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance at PT Multi Global Kiat Sejahtera.
