One of many important goals of human resource management in anorganization, is to be able to create more work productivity. More work productivity may give positive impact and improve the overall organization performance. Leaders of the organization are to provide motivation and enforcement of discipline in order to give positive impact to the organization andto achieve the organization goals. Motivation is important for employee to function and perform at their best. Motivation is a powerful tool in the work environment that can lead to employees working at their most efficient levels of production The research is in quantitative approach using descriptive correlation method. The collected data is analysed and tested through; normality test, linearity test, coefficient correlation test, coefficient determination test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis Z-test. The test analysis shows the Z-test value (6.09), concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, pronounce that Motivation has impact towards Employee Productivity at PT. Jui Shin Indonesia. PT. Jui Shin Indonesia must first understand their employees, company should understand, re-evaluate and place motivation as an important aspects when it comes to employee productivity.
