Abstract
Leadership that is built by the servant leader can encourage the emergence of trust and commitment within person that is led. Besides the leadership in an organization, the culture that is formed in the organization can also emerge the trust and commitment for every person in the organization. Organizational commitment is influenced by several things, such as: servant leadership, organizational culture, and trust. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see whether servant leaders, organizational culture, and trust have an influence on teacher commitment in XYZ schools. This study uses quantitative methods with research subjects are 30 people. Methods of data processing using path analysis and descriptive analysis methods. From the research results, it is concluded that servant leadership has a positive effect on trust and organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on trust and organizational commitment, and trust has a positive effect on organizational commitment. / Kepemimpinan yang dijalankan oleh seorang pemimpin pelayan hendaknya mengutamakan kepentingan orang yang dipimpin dan mengusahakan yang terbaik bagi organisasi dan orang-orang yang dipimpin. Kepemimpinan yang dibangun oleh pemimpin pelayan dapat mendorong munculnya kepercayaan dan komitmen di dalam diri orang yang dipimpin. Selain kepemimpinan yang ada di organisasi, budaya yang terbentuk di dalam organisasi juga menimbulkan rasa percaya dan komitmen dalam diri orang-orang yang ada di organisasi. Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, seperti: servant leader, budaya organisasi, dan trust. Oleh sebab itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat apakah servant leader, budaya organisasi, dan trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen tenaga pengajar di sekolah XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah 30. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur dan metode analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap trust dan komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap trust dan komitmen organisasi, dan trust berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.
