Nilai suatu perusahaan adalah aspek yang dianggap sangat penting bagi pihak perusahaan itu sendiri. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diketahui faktor apa saja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dari penelitian adalah perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2015-2019. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 215 data yang berasal dari 43 perusahaan selama periode lima tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dimana sampel data telah dilakukan uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara secara simultan likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan./The value of a company is an aspect that is considered very important for the company itself. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors have an influence on company value. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on company value. The population of the study is the transportation sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The sample are a total of 215 data gathered from 43 companies over five years period. This research uses multiple linear regression method where the data sample has been tested with classical assumptions such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and correlation test. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value whereas firm size had a negative insignificant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, simultaneously liquidity, profitability, and firm size have a significant effect on firm value.
