Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh antara Transformational Leadership pada Turnover Intention, peran mediasi Work Stress dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dalam pengaruh Transformational Leadership untuk menurunkan Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sektor industri perbankan di Jakarta, dimana 100 karyawan perbankan menjadi responden pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei, dengan kuesioner elektronik berupa Google Form dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa semakin tinggi Work Stress maka OCB akan semakin rendah. Hubungan tersebut disebabkan karena ketika mengalami stres, seorang karyawan tidak dapat menerima perubahan, selain itu, juga tidak dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, ketika tingkat work stress tinggi, mereka juga tidak mampu lagi berperan ekstra untuk organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Transformational Leadership maka semakin rendah Turnover Intention meskipun tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperluas penelitian sebelumnya yang berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada dengan menyelidiki konsep yang muncul dari faktor transformational leadership dan kemungkinan pendahulunya. / This study aims to understand the effect of Transformational Leadership on Turnover Intention, the mediating role of Work Stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the influence of Transformational Leadership to reduce Turnover Intention. This research was conducted in the banking industry sector in Jakarta, where 100 banking employees became respondents in this study. This research method uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out by survey methods, with electronic questionnaires in the form of Google Forms and data analysis is carried out using SmartPLS. The results of this study found that the higher the work stress, the lower the OCB. The relationship is because when experiencing stress, an employee cannot accept change, in addition, also cannot complete work. Therefore, when the level of work stress is high, they are also no longer able to play an extra role for the organization. The results of this study indicate that the higher the Transformational Leadership, the lower the Turnover Intention although it is not significant. It is hoped that this research can be extended to previous contributions to the existing literature concept at the cost of emerging transformational leadership factors and their possible antecedents.
