Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh kemampuan kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri serta norma subyektif terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pelita Harapan.Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling di mana responden merupakan mahasiswa manajemen konsentrasi kewirausahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner melalui google form. Adapun metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diolah dengan analisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis statistik, serta menggunakan IBM SPSS 21.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kewirausahaan, sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, serta norma subyektif berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pelita Harapan.
