Abstract

Kesehatan manusia secara rohani dan jasmani menjadi bagian penting dalam diri seseorang. Oleh karena itu, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. menghadirkan layanan di bidang kesehatan yangterdepan. Mementingkan kualitas dan selalu memperhatikan kenyamanan masyarakat menjadi pointambahan bagi PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. Pemakaian media sosial Instagram, Website dan Facebook menjadi salah satu strategi penting yang di lakukan departemen marketing communication. Posisi content writer mempunyai peran penting yaitu menyediakan konten atau tulisan yang disesuaikan untuk disebarkan melalu media sosial. Dengan terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 yang menyerang dunia, rumah sakit menjadi tempat dimanapasien positif COVID-19 maupun yang tidak untuk dirawat. Peran dari rumah sakit menjadi penting dikarenakan hanya bidang kesehatan lah yang dapat merawat pasien COVID-19. Laporan ini menerangkan bahwa PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. telah menggunakan media sosial sebagai medium untuk menyebarkan informasi-informasi terkait pandemi maupun informasipenyakit lainnya.
