Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi sekarang ini, seluruh sektor perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia mengalami keterpurukan. Salah satu sektor yang terpuruk akibat dampak dari pandemi Covid – 19 yakni sektor Pariwisata. Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang menjadi devisa terbesar bagi pemerintah Indonesia. Kunjungan wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan. Genpi Sulut yang merupakan organisasi resmi di bawah Kemenparekraf menerapkan sebuah strategi Storynomic Tourism dalam media sosial untuk dapat memulihkan sektor pariwisata yang ada di Sulawesi Utara dengan menargetkan generasi Milenial sebagai target audiens nya. Dalam penelitian, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengguna storynomic tourism di media sosial terutama dalam akun instagram @genpisulut sebagai upaya membangkitkan sektor pariwisata di provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang terpuruk akibat dampak dari Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatann kualitatif dengan metode riset analitif Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi-non partisipan sebagai data primer. Wawancara dilakukan kepada para pengurus organisasi Genpi Sulut Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa berbagai sumber eksternal seperti jurnal, artikel, media online, dan situs online. Penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan menggunakan strategi khusus yang digunakan oleh kemenparekraf untuk membangkitkan kembali sektor perekonomian dan pariwisata di masa pandemi Covid 19 / During the current pandemic, all economic sectors in Indonesia are experiencing a slump. One of the sectors that has been hit hard by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is the tourism sector. The tourism sector is one of the sectors that is the largest foreign exchange earner for the Indonesian government. Domestic and foreign tourist arrivals experienced a very significant decline. Genpi North Sulawesi, which is an official organization under the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, applies the Storynomic Tourism strategy in social media to be able to launch the tourism sector in North Sulawesi by promoting Millennials as its target audience. This study uses a qualitative approach with analytical research methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews and non-participant observations as primary data. Interviews were conducted with the management of the Genpi Sulut organization. Secondary data in this study were in the form of various external sources such as journals, articles, online media, and online sites. This study takes an approach using a special strategy used by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to revive the economic and tourism sectors during the Covid-19 pandemic
