Abstract
PT. ABG merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang terkena dampak Pandemi COVID-19. Bergerak di bidang lifestyle dengan fokus pada F&B, kebijakan PSBB membuat omset menurun. Beberapa penyesuaian dilakukan untuk tidak merumahkan karyawan seperti pengurangan benefit. Akibatnya, beberapa karyawan keberatan dan memilih untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan unsur terpenting di sebuah perusahaan. Di mana kepuasan kerja mereka dapat mempengaruhi performa dan produktivitas perusahaan. PT. ABG ingin melihat gambaran kepuasan kerja karyawan sentral-nya untuk menyusun strategi agar dapat menyeimbangkan omset dan manpower yang ada saat ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan alat ukur Job Satisfaction Survey terhadap 77 karyawan sentral PT. ABG. Hasilnya adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. ABG cenderung tinggi, 40,3% (31 orang) memiliki kepuasan kerja yang sedang, 59,7% (46 orang) memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, dan tidak ada satupun partisipan yang kepuasan kerjanya rendah. Lalu, jika dilihat dari masing-masing facet ditemukan bahwa facet Supervision memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi dan facet Communication memiliki skor rata-rata terendah. Kemudian, ditemukan juga bahwa terdapat perbedaan kepuasan kerja antara kategori jenis kelamin, usia, gaji, dan jumlah tanggungan. Sehingga PT. ABG dapat mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya dengan menawarkan kompensasi yang lebih menarik, memberi seminar terkait komunikasi yang baik, dan mengadakan rapat antar divisi./PT. ABG is one of the companies affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Engaged in the lifestyle sector with a focus on F&B, the PSBB policy has reduced company’s profit. Several adjustments were made to not fired employees, such as reducing benefits. As the result, some employees objected and chose to leave the company. Employee is the most important element in a company. Where their job satisfaction can affect the company's performance and productivity. PT. ABG wants to see a picture of the job satisfaction of its central employees to formulate a strategy to balance the current turnover and manpower. The research was conducted using a Job Satisfaction Survey measuring instrument for 77 central employees of PT. ABG. The result is job satisfaction of employees of PT. ABG tend to be high, 40.3% (31 people) have moderate job satisfaction, 59.7% (46 people) have high job satisfaction, and none of the participants have low job satisfaction. Then, if we look at each facet, it is found that the Supervision facet has the highest average score and the Communication facet has the lowest average score. Then, it was also found that there were differences in job satisfaction between categories of gender, age, salary, and number of dependents. So that PT. ABG can evaluate and improve employee job satisfaction by offering more attractive compensation, giving seminars related to good communication, and holding inter-divisional meetings.
