Abstract
Penerapan Public Relations di era maju seperti sekarang berkembang sangat pesat dan mendominasi dunia pemasaran, dimana para perusahaan merek dagang membutuhkan jasa untuk menaikan dan memberikan citra baik guna menaikan penjualan sebuah perusahaan kepada khalayak masyarakat. Para agensi selaku pembantu atau jasa yang ahli dalam bidang tersebut sangat dibutuhkan para perusahaan / klien.
PT Berkah Gemilang Integra Sejati / BIGS Communication merupakan perusahaan atau agensi yang bergerak dalam bidang brand activation. Sektor usaha brand activation pada saat ini diperlukan karena maraknya perusahaan merek dagang yang membutuhkan pembangunan citra dan publisitas perusahaanya. Tujuan proses magang ini untuk mengetahui lingkup kerja seorang Account Manager yang berperan sebagai mediator perusahaan dengan klien sebagai fungsi Marketing Public Relations.
Hasil dari implementasi yang sudah diterapkan pemagang ke dalam dunia kerja sebagai mediator yaitu menjaga relasi baik dengan para klien yang bekerja sama dengan perusahaan guna menghasilkan kerja sama menerus dan jangka panjang.

The application of Public Relations in an advanced era as it is now growing very rapidly and dominates the world of marketing, where trademark companies need services to raise and provide a good image in order to increase sales of a company to the public. Agencies as assistants or services that are experts in this field are needed by companies / clients.
PT Berkah Gemilang Integra Sejati / BIGS Communication is a company or agency engaged in brand activation. The brand activation business sector is currently needed because of the proliferation of trademark companies that require the development of their company's image and publicity. The purpose of this internship process is to find out the scope of work of an Account Manager who acts as a mediator between the company and the client as the Marketing Public Relations function.
The result of the implementation that has been applied by the intern into the world of work as a mediator is to maintain good relations with clients who work with the company in order to produce continuous and long-term cooperation.
