Abstract
Komunikasi sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan sehari hari namun dalam komunikasi tentu ada kejadian di mana orang lain tidak memahami atau tidak menyetujui mengenai pernyataan yang diberikan kepada dia, oleh karena itu komunikasi persuasif dibutuhkan untuk menghindari hal tersebut. Komunikasi Persuasif sering dipakai di kehidupan sehari hari terutama di bidang pekerjaan, lebih tepatnya di bidang jasa, salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan komunikasi persuasif dalam pekerjaannya adalah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pasar Boja tepatnya pada departemen funding dimana komunikasi persuasif digunakan untuk menarik perhatian nasabah serta mempertahankan hubungan antar nasabah dan BPR Pasar Boja.
Departemen funding bergerak dalam bidang jasa yang memiliki tugas untuk melayani kebutuhan nasabah serta memastikan nasabah untuk tetap menabung di BPR Pasar Boja dengan cara menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah. Divisi funding yang berisikan Funding Officer melakukan komunikasi dengan nasabah menggunakan cara persuasif, personal, dan juga memerhatikan kepuasan nasabah.
Hasil laporan dari pemagang menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi persuasif dan interpersonal dapat meningkatkan hubungan antara Funding Officer dengan nasabah, hal ini terbukti dari sikap nasabah terhadap tindakan Funding Officer dimana nasabah merasa nyaman dan tetap menabung pada BPR Pasar Boja

Communication is very important in everyday life but in communication of course there are incidents where other people do not understand or do not agree with the statements given to him, therefore persuasive communication is needed to avoid this. Persuasive communication is often used in daily life, one of which is in the field of work, more precisely in the service sector, one of the companies that uses persuasive communication in its work is Rural Bank Pasar Boja, precisely in the funding department where persuasive communication is used to attract customers' attention and maintain relationships between customers. and BPR Pasar Boja.
The funding department is engaged in services that are tasked with serving customer needs and ensuring customers to keep saving at BPR Pasar Boja by establishing good relationships with customers. The funding division, which consists of Funding Officer, communicates with customers using a persuasive, personal way, and also pays attention to customer satisfaction.
The results of reports from apprentices show that persuasive and interpersonal communication can improve the relationship between Funding Officers and customers, this is evident from the customer's attitude towards the Funding Officer's actions where customers feel comfortable and keep saving at BPR Pasar Boja
