Kegiatan ini memiliki sifat ngobrol santai tapi serius dengan pembahasan yang berbeda setiap minggunya. Kegiatan talkshow NGOCE memiliki tim produksi yang bekerja untuk membuat kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai seperti yang sudah diperkirakan. Tim produksi akan dibagi menjadi beberapa sesuai dengan kategori pekerjaan yang ada. Media sosial menjadi media yang penggunaanya terus meningkat seiring dengan berkembangnya jaman.
