Background : Incivility in nursing education defines words or actions that are rude, or abusive, which insults and verbal abuse to violence. Incivility can occur in education world such as classes, Laboratorium and clinical practice or nursing workplaces. Incivility among nursing students is one of the problems affecting nursing in various countries. Examples of incivility behavior in classroom are using cellphones while in class, bullying, talking rudely to friends. In general, the effect of incivility behavior in the environtment of nursing education can have harm effects on lecturers and students. The author found several literature studies to see the impact of incivility in the environtment of nursing work, but as far as researchers know there is no research that uses literature studies to examine the effect of incivility in the classroom.Therefore, it is important to conduct a literature review on the effect of nursing student incivility behavior in the classroom. Research Aim : To identify the impact that occurs from nursing student incivility in the classroom.Research method :Analysis of the data of this study uses a systematic approach to the simplifed approach. The use of Analytical Cross-Sectional Studies critical appraisal tools also helps explain the steps for the method. The articles used are original empirical research articles, in searches using online databases, such as EBSCO, PubMed and Google Schoolar. Results:The impact of incivility felt by students or lecturers is divided into two themes. The first theme is external such as the environment and learning process, and as social and ethics. Then for the Second theme, internal impacts such as well-being and emotional, and cognitive and physical. Recommendation: for the development of research to further explore the appropriate action for nursing education.
