Abstract

Inventory control menjadi sangat penting untuk dapat mengontrol persediaan barang dengan jumlah item yang sangat banyak dan menjaga ketidaksesuaian data persediaan barang dengan stok fisik. Untuk dapat meminimalisir terjadinya ketidaksesuain stok, maka diperlukan inventory management yang baik dan melakukan perhitungan stok secara berkala serta sistem pendukung didalamnya. Perhitungan stok dilakukan dengan metode cycle counting yang dapat dikelola menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis web, agar perhitungan stok dapat dilakukan dengan lebih baik dan terstruktur, serta laporan yang dihasilkan dapat diperoleh dengan cepat dan akurat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur, observasi, studi literatur, analisis permasalahan dan kuesioner kepada para pengguna yang akan melakukan perhitungan stok serta berbagai narasumber yang terkait, lalu kemudian penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi perhitungan stok. Dari hasil implementasi sistem dapat dibuktikan bahwa sistem informasi perhitungan stok dapat membantu dan membuat pencatatan menjadi lebih baik, cepat dan terstruktur pada perusahaan. Dan data juga diperoleh dengan memberikan 12 buah pertanyaan yang memiliki 5 poin jawaban yang diajukan kepada 5 orang responden pengguna sistem informasi. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang menunjukan tingkat keberhasilan sistem informasi sebesar 94,67% dengan nilai rata-rata poin sebesar 47,33 poin dari pernyataan pengguna yang menyimpulkan sangat setuju bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam melakukan kegiatan perhitungan stok./Inventory control becomes very important to be able to control the inventory of goods with a very large number of items and maintain the discrepancy of inventory data with physical stock. To be able to minimize the occurrence of stock discrepancies, it is necessary to have good inventory management and carry out periodic stock calculations and support systems in it. Stock calculations are carried out using the cycle counting method which can be managed using a web-based information system, so that stock calculations can be carried out in a better and structured manner, and the resulting reports can be obtained quickly and accurately. Data collection is done by using structured interview techniques, observation, literature study, problem analysis and questionnaires to users who will carry out stock calculations and various related sources, then the author designs a stock calculation information system. From the results of the implementation of the system, it can be proven that the stock calculation information system can help and make records better, faster and structured in the company. And the data is also obtained by giving 12 questions that have 5 points of answers submitted to 5 respondents who use information systems. Based on the results of the questionnaire which shows the success rate of the information system is 94.67% with an average point value of 47.33 points from user statements who conclude strongly agree that this information system can assist users in carrying out stock calculation activities.
