Background: Stroke is a health problem that has the potential to be life threatening. Nursing problems that first appear in stroke patients are decreased perfusion of brain tissue, decreased cardiac output, impaired physical mobility (actual or risk), impaired verbal communication, self-care deficits, changes in sensory perception. Research objectives: to analyze the description of the main nursing problems Research Method: Research method: This literature review uses a systematic literature review method: a simplified approach. The articles used were taken from the Google Scholar database: 48,940 articles, Pubmed: 123,764 articles, National Library: 46,754 articles, EBSCO: 490,375 Results: the results of data analysis in this literature study found 5 articles used with the theme of nursing diagnoses in stroke patients contained in impaired physical mobility, ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion, decreased intracranial adaptive capacity, risk of disuse syndrome, imbalance of nutrients less than the body's needs, the risk of falling , risk of aspiration, pain Conclusion: the five articles after analysis then concluded that the diagnosis that most often appears in patients with stroke is the impaired physical mobility, ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion, decreased intracranial adaptive capacity.
