Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. To test the effect of the work environment on employee productivity at CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. The theory used in this study relates to the theory of entrepreneurship, family business, work environment and employee productivity. On this research, work environment will be the independent variable (x) which is work facilities, workspace that are categorized into physical and non-physical work environment. Employee Productivity will be dependent variable (y) which is employee outputs. According to Sutrisno (2016: 211), to measure work productivity we need an indicator which is ability, increase in the results achieved, work spirit, self- development and quality. According to Darodjat (2015: 168-169), there are four factors that can be used as benchmarks for an ideal work environment, namely Healthy Policies, Competent supervision, Delightful Colleagues and Comfortable Work Environment. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews, questionaire and questionnaires distributed to employee. The total population are 37 employees and by using census method, the sample will be 37 employees. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (5.609) > ttable (2.030) and a significant value 0.000 <0.05, then Work environment effect employee productivity at CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. the coefficient of determination which can be seen from the results of the R square of 0.473. This means that the employee productivity CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan of 47.3% is explained by work environment and the remaining 52.7% is explained by other variables outside of this research, namely reward, communication, leadership. The conclusion of this study is that Work environment effect employees productivity at CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. To improve the working environment that is safe, harmonious and healthy can increase employee productivity. / Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. Untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja pada produktivitas karyawan di CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. Teori yang digunakan dalam studi ini berkaitan dengan teori kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, lingkungan kerja akan menjadi variabel independen (x) yaitu fasilitas kerja, Area kerja yang dikategorikan sebagai fisik dan non-fisik lingkungan kerja. Produktivitas kerja akan tergantung variabel (y) yaitu keluaran karyawan. Menurut Sutrisno (2016: 211), untuk mengukur produktivitas kerja yang kita butuhkan indikator yang berkemampuan, meningkatkan hasil dicapai, semangat kerja, pengembangan diri dan kualitas. Menurut Darodjat (2015: 168- 169), ada empat faktor yang dapat digunakan sebagai benchmarks untuk lingkungan kerja yang ideal, Yaitu Kebijakan sehat, pengawasan yang kompeten, rekan-rekan yang menyenangkan dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan kuesioner dikirim ke karyawan. Total populasi adalah 37 karyawan dan dengan cara sensus, sample yang digunakan adalah 37 karywan. Skala yang dipakai untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil sebagian tes dapat dijelaskan bahwa tcount (5.609) > ttable (2.030) dan nilai yang signifikan 0.000 <0.05, lalu Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. Koefisien penentuan yang dapat dilihat dari Hasil R square dari 0.473. Ini berarti bahwa produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan dari 47,3% dijelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja dan sisanya 52,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, yaitu hadiah, komunikasi, kepemimpinan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh produktivitas kerja karyawan di CV. Indojaya Makmur, Medan. Dengan meningkatkan lingkungan kerja yang aman, harmonis dan sehat dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan.
