Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia mewajibkan masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengikuti wajib belajar 9 tahun karena pemerintah menyadari bahwa kualitas pendidikan merupakan penentu kemajuan suatu bangsa. Salah satu faktor yang mem engaruhi kualitas pendidikan adalah Kinerja Guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur Kinerja Guru yang dipengaruhi oleh Budaya Sekolah dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan di Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Model Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Harvest Christian School Tangerang yang berjumlah 30 guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan metode statistika analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: ada pengaruh positif Budaya Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 0.559, ada pengaruh positif Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 0.134, dan ada pengaruh positif antara Budaya Sekolah dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 0.453 / Indonesian government requires people to follow the compulsory 9 years because the government realize that quality of education is a key determinant of a nation’s progress. One of the factors that affect the quality of education is teacher performance. Therefore, this study aims to measure the teacher’s performancethat influenced by school culture and school leadership. Research conducted at Harvest Christian School and model population of this research is all teachers of Harvest Christian School totaling 30 teachers. To test the Hypothesis used path analysis statistical method. Result of data analysis showed positive effect on school culture to teacher’s performance for 0.559, positive effect on school leadership to teacher’s performance for 0.134, and positive effect on school culture together with school leadership on teacher;s performance for 0.453
