Abstract

PT. Alfo Citra Abadi is a company engaged in the supply of aluminum extrusions. Currently, the current system still has weaknesses and shortcomings, such as requiring a long time to send work orders, preparing reports that are still manual, causing the hampered of the company’s perfomance and not able to support the needs of the company wants, especially in various prints to produce various aluminum extrusions. In addition, the company also faces several other problems such as difficulties in knowing the remaining materials in the warehouse and managers having difficulty controlling the production process from the staff because each time the production process will use different amounts of raw materials and there is often a shortage of stock when ordering goods. from customers. To solve these problems, a web-based ordering application can be designed. The tool used to perform analysis and design is a use case diagram. The result of te development is a web-based application that can be used to solve problems faced by companies. / PT. Alfo Citra Abadi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan aluminium extrusi. Saat ini, sistem yang sedang berjalan memiliki kekurangan dan kelemahan seperti memerlukan waktu yang lama, penyusunan laporan yang masih manual menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan menjadi penghambat dan belum dapat memenuhi setiap kebutuhan yang perusahaan yang inginkan, terutama pada beraneka ragam cetakan untuk menghasilkan aneka extrusi aluminium. Selain itu, perusahaan juga menghadapi beberapa permasalahan lainnya seperti kesulitan mengetahui sisa bahan di gudang dan manajer kesulitan dalam mengontrol proses produksi dari staf karena setiap proses pada produksi akan menggunakan jumlah pemakaian bahan baku yang berbeda serta sering terjadi kekurangan stock pada saat adanya pemesanan barang dari customer. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka dapat dirancang sebuah aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web. Alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan analisa dan perancangan adalah diagram use case. Hasil pada perancangan ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang berbasis web, yang digunakan agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan.
