Abstract

Pabrik Makanan Ringan CV. President Food merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan dan penjualan makanan ringan. Seperti kebanyakan industri rumah tangga lainnnya, CV. President Food hanya memasarkan produk mereka melalui media sosial ataupun dengan menggunakan brosur. Prosedur pemasaran ini sering menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti sempitnya pangsa pasar dan biaya pencetakan brosur yang relatif mahal. Selain itu, sistem penjualan pada perusahaan ini masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan menggunakan buku transaksi penjualan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka dapat dirancang sebuah aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web. Alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis dan perancangan adalah diagram use case. Pada penelitian ini bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai untuk merancang aplikasi adalah PHP dengan menggunakan aplikasi MySQL untuk merancang database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi pemesanan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu kustomer dalam melakukan pemesanan produk homemade. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan dari kustomer dalam melakukan pemesanan./Snack Food Factory CV. President Food is a company engaged in the processing and sale of snacks. Like most other home industries, CV. President Food only markets their products through social media or by using brochures. This marketing procedure often faces various obstacles, such as the narrow market share and the relatively high cost of printing brochures. In addition, the sales system at this company is still done manually by using a sales transaction book. To solve these problems, a web-based ordering application can be designed. The tool used to perform analysis and design is a use case diagram. In this study the programming language used to design the application is PHP using MySQL application to design the database. The result of this research is a web-based ordering application that can be used to assist customers in ordering homemade products. With this application, it is expected to increase the convenience of the customer in placing an order.
