Abstract
Human resources are one of the most important aspects as a high performing employees are required to ensure business success. Job satisfaction is one of the factors which affect the employee performance at work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence that job satisfaction has on employee performance at CV. Sinar Permata Deli, Medan.
The design used by the author is quantitative research with survey method. The data for this research are collected through interview and questionnaire. The population used for this research is all 40 employees at CV. Sinar Permata Deli, Medan which is also the sample.
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance at CV. Sinar Permata Deli, Medan with the coefficient of determination test results is 86.4%.
As recommendation, the company is expected reconsider the need for more employees, as well as the benefits they offered / Sumber daya manusia adalah komponen penting dalam setiap bisnis karena performa karyawan menentukan kesuksesan sebuah bisnis. Kepuasan kerja dari sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Sinar Permata Deli, Medan.
Desain yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh 40 karyawan di CV. Sinar Permata Deli, Medan yang juga menjadi sampel.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Sinar Permata Deli, Medan dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 86.4%.
Sebagai rekomendasi, perusahaan diharapkan mempertimbangkan kembali jumlah pekerjaan masing-masing karyawan, kebutuhan akan karyawan yang lebih banyak, serta manfaat yang ditawarkan.
