Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di GG Grafika Medan secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan yang bekerja sebagai customer service, akuntansi dan produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahawa variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara parsial, positif dan signifikan. Hasil pengujian pengaruh simultan juga ditemukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada pengujian koefisien determinasi ditemukan bahwa disiplin dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 42.8%./ This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at GG Grafika Medan partially or simultaneously. The type of research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The sample in this study were 45 employees who work as customer service, accounting and production. The results of this study found that the variables of motivation and word discipline affect employee performance partially, positively and significantly. The results of the simultaneous influence test also found that motivation and work discipline had a simultaneous effect on employee performance. In testing the coefficient of determination, it was found that discipline and work motivation affect employee performance by 42.8%.
