Background: Tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by aerobic bacteria which is acid resistant, name of the bacteria is Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Indonesia accounted with 8% of global total. There are programs in Tuberculosis Therapy, such as fulfillment of nutritional needs, drug regulations, and medication compliance. These programs need family support to achieve complete health. Aim: to know the impact of family’s support to patients with Lung Tuberculosis and to know the type of support from articles or journals. Research Method: This study use thematic analysis: simplified approach. The articles used were taken from Garuda database: 18 articles, EBSCO database: 190 articles, and PubMed database: 137 articles. Search results using handsearching technique from Google Scholar: 1430 articles. Articles used from 2010-2020. Articles then analyzed and criticized using JBI Critical Appraisal Tools to get five articles. Results: Analysis of the five articles received family support in the form of information support, instrumental support, and emotional support take effect in the process of treating Lung Tuberculosis. Conclusion: Family support is needed in the treatment of patients with Lung Tuberculosis as motivation for patients to achieve recovery. Reccomendation: for future researchers, it is advisable to look for factors that are influenced by the types of family support.
