Abstract
Dalam usaha mempertahankan kualitas sekolah, diperlukan kinerja guru yang terus mendukung dengan bekerja secara maksimal. Pada penelitian ini kinerja guru difokuskan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, iklim kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, iklim kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh populasi guru Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT Tangerang, (2) iklim kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT Tangerang, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT Tangerang, (4) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT Tangerang , dan (5) iklim kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Karya UT Tangerang / Teachers’ performance support in working maximally is required to sustain the quality of school. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work climate, and work motivation to teachers’ performance in Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang. The study’s subject is the whole population of teachers–forty three teachers-in Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang. To collect data, survey method is applied. Questionnaire technique is used as the instrument. The study’s result shows that: 1. Leadership has positive impacts on work motivation of Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang; 2. Work climate has positive impacts on work motivation of Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang; 3. Work Motivation has positive impacts on teachers’ performance of Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang; 4. Leadership has positive impacts on teachers’ performance of Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang; and 5. Work climate has positive impacts on teachers’ performance of Dharma Karya UT Primary School Tangerang
